Diversion damaged of the East-West Highway at Devadaha due to continuous rains

The rain that has been falling since Sunday night has damaged the diversion of Ghodaha river in Devadaha of Rupandehi. After the Ghodaha Khola bridge  washed away due to incessant rains on September 26, diversion has constructed from the north side of the bridge.

The Butwal-Narayangadh road section of the East-West Highway  blocked for some time after the diversion  damaged due to rains since Sunday. Ganga Bahadur Saru, in-charge of Devadaha Police Post informed that the road has opened after the diversion repair.
