Main tasks:

• Welcoming guests according to accommodation standards, assisting them with gear and guiding them with care.
• Securely store guests’ belongings according to accommodation standards.
• Ensure that entrances are immaculate, clean, and properly furnished.
• Show visitors around the building and make sure each office and administration is clearly identified.
• Assist the car valet in opening the entrance.
• Assist security guards when they are working in front of the accommodations.
• Help to open the entrance of the accommodation for visitors.
• Call cabs for visitors and meticulously record their entry numbers.
• Coordinate room and label numbers with the front desk to ensure that the correct numbers are collected.
• Keep the gear room clean and organized.
• Clean the trolley used by the Bell Desk.
• Deliver the daily newspaper to the visitor room.
