Based in a 110,000m² spare parts warehouse spread over 6 buildings, the team consists of an average of 3 team managers and approximately 50 warehouse operators. You will be responsible for the management of a team consisting of an average of three team managers and about 50 warehouse operators.

Your goal is to provide high quality service to dealers, distributors or other AGCO warehouses while ensuring the safety and working environment of your team.

You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of your assigned department.

This position will be based in Energy and will have a shift schedule.

Your new obligations will incorporate (yet are not restricted to) the accompanying

• Improve the skills and performance of your team to meet the goals set by your manager (Inbound, Outbound, Package).
• Interface with other departments (customer service, procurements, etc.).
• Investigate key factors and resolve task interruptions.
• Define and develop continuous improvement projects for your department

Your skills will make a difference

• You are a graduate of DUT in Logistics or equivalent diploma with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, or at least 5 years of experience in the logistics or production sector.
• Should be familiar with French and capable in English.
• In previous assignments, you have faced continuous improvement projects.
• A manager with a recognized ability to deal with unforeseen situations in a proactive and reactive manner while respecting established procedures.
• Familiarity with computer tools, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP or WMS would be ideal.
